what is the difference btw Intel® Core™ 2 Duo T5300 (2MB Cache/1.73GHz/533MHz FSB) and Intel® Core™ DUO T2350 (1.86GHz, 2MB L2 Cache, 533MHz FSB)

The core 2 duo gets very slightly improved battery life due to more efficient power consumption. Also the core 2 duo is slightly faster than the core duo (at the same clock speed) in some applications.

In this case the Core Duo T2350 is probably faster due to the higher clock speed.
