What does Best Buy do if they find out you have Adobe Master Collection installed in your laptop?

My friend got Adobe Master Collection (downloaded and hacked) and his laptop is broken, he took it to best buy so that they can fix it, what happend if they dfind out about the hacked program?

There’s not really anything they can do. Places like that are only required to report things like child porn, etc. Chances are they won’t even look at twice (or even once) at the pirated software. UNLESS that software is the source of the problem and there had been a virus or some other form malware that was attached to it. Then it would most likely be unistalled from the computer.
